Great to confirm that The Electric Spider LTD is continuing to support the Red Devil Racing - NZ team this season with Horst Saiger and Stamm Roman for the Suzuki Series and the Cemetery Circuit. Bring on some good racing and remember that The electric Spider Ltd has had it's banner on 3 out of the last four Robert Holden Memorial winning bikes.

LED Sensor lights have come way down in price and I wold say they are now value for money. There's several advantages with them. Lighter weight Bulbs mean the fittings don't suffer wind damage as much as the older heavier units, the bulbs last many times longer than the older style, this coupled with the power savings means they are way cheaper to run, the old units used a unit of power every three hours, which adds up over time.

Daylight saving out there people, how many have to sort out their security and outside lights?
TIP: most people buy the big heavy PAR38 bulbs for their sensor lights, do you need that much light? if so, try getting a similar output but not so physically heavy as in windier conditions the weight can mean they end up snapping at the base, meaning a whole new fitting.
If you've got any outside lights and sensor lights you need a sparky to sort let me know, got some stock in my van ready to roll.

36 years since i started working as a sparky and it's a half day off for me and off to a bike race meeting.....still have my phone and of course when one's self employed they never really have a day off now do they?

It's Mothers Day in a few days and as always you're wondering what to get the 'Old Chook' things from a pot plant to an apron with ti***es and a g string (g-rope is she's larger) on the front. How about a couple of those Electrical jobs round the house getting sorted for her with a qualified electrician replacing those cracked fittings, putting in a new light fitting or two, replacing that outside sensor light.... gonna be a busy week for the Electric Spider ltd no doubt a few mains cables will have pulled away from houses etc.
Good thing is my new fridge magnets managed to hang onto the fridge.

Anyone in wellington area not got their Old Chook a Mothers day present yet, and simply can't think of anything useful? How about an Electrician to replace that dodgy power point, light switch that works sometime or put up that new light fitting.
Give us a yell and we might even be able to fit it in when She's down at the Cossie Club for handle club on Saturday night, or washing the towels at one of the local 'Saunas' so you can surprise her...
