Retrofitted timber frames for double glazing.

We went with the hush laminated range (internal pane) and for the (external pane) tempered safety glass.

Improving noise reduction, security, safety and making the home warmer while keeping the original charm of the house by utilising the existing timber frames.

Now the frames are ready for its final coat of paint as we decided to do a full sand down of all the frames and applied two coats of primer.

We got rid of the colonial bars as there was extensive rot damage which in return gave the home a more modern look while retaining the character and charm of timber frames.
