15 Years in The valley!

Stoked to have been part of this epic project

A Waiheke cliffside site has been transformed into a striking beachfront home, showcasing Sayes Jackson Architects and Tomik Architectural Builders’s technical expertise, collaborative approach, and ability to deliver high-end residential design.

The project relied on a full team of consultants, including an interior designer, a joinery designer, a landscape architect and specialist contractors. Key contributors included ADLUX, who provided a bespoke skylight at the top of the three-level internal stairway, along with Earth Stability, Sterling Glass, CV Plumbing and Astech Electrical Ltd, who Nick describes as a “well-equipped partner for the project from the installation of bespoke architectural lighting solutions through to rooftop solar panels and power storage.

Three showers completed today in westmere for dn2_architects, cool to see some colour in these particular bathrooms which went well with the gunmetal hardware finish on the showers.
