1️⃣ If you are worrying about identifying or monitoring market trends or fads it is already too late? And if you are worrying about if they are short lived or sustainable you’re just a trader and taking advantage of a short term market opportunity.
2️⃣You don’t build sustainable business models on market trends….only trading companies. You build sustainable business models on identifying and understanding true customer needs and insights and delivering their viable solutions.
3️⃣There is no silver built to identifying customer needs and insights. Anyway, why would you allow someone else to do this for you….. you’d just be giving away value. You need to do this yourself.
There is no way to get around this…. You need to get on the plane and visit the market and start understanding your customer needs.
