I had the pleasure of speaking at a Manawatu Young Chamber Workplace Wellness event earlier this month, on the topic of burnout and resilience.

While it’s important for us as individuals to work on building our resilience, it’s crucial that organisations work on building workplaces and cultures that people don’t have to be resilient to.
