Just a friendly reminder that ACE Grading June Submissions are still open for a couple more weeks! 🎉!

If you've been thinking about getting some cards graded, now's a great time to start sorting through those binders and top loaders. If you've been thinking about grading your cards, now is a great time to jump in. As an Authorised ACE Grading Group Submitter, I handle the entire process for you, from submission preparation all the way through to the cards arriving safely back in New Zealand. It is also cheaper to send through me than doing it yourself, even if you wanted to.

📢 JUNE SUBMISSION UPDATE

Hi everyone! Syber here!

A lot of you have been asking when the next submission will be sent. Traditionally, I've sent submissions at the end of each month, and the plan is for the JUNE submission to be no different.

However, the services I intend to offer are currently closed due to capacity restrictions. At the moment, many grading companies, not just ACE Grading, are experiencing a significant surge in submissions, resulting in large backlogs. ACE's decision to temporarily close certain service levels is designed to protect and maintain their advertised turnaround times.

Because of this, I am holding off on accepting cards until I receive confirmation that these services will remain available to us. I know many of you are eager to send your cards in, and trust me, I am just as eager to get them moving. Unfortunately, patience has become part of the grading hobby right now.

As soon as I receive confirmation from ACE Grading, I will post an update and reopen submissions immediately.

In the meantime, hold onto your cards, prepare your submissions, and decide which service level you'd like to use. Scroll down to view the updated services and pricing - I posted them yesterday.

📢 SYACE HQ PRICING & SERVICE UPDATE

Hi everyone!

As many of you may already know, ACE Grading recently announced changes to their service levels, pricing, and turnaround times. I had my meeting with them last night and have now finalized the services and pricing that I will be offering moving forward.

🟢 CORE – $35 per card
⏳ Estimated Turnaround: 95 Business Days

🟡 BASIC – $45 per card
⏳ Estimated Turnaround: 45 Business Days

🔴 PREMIER – $75 per card
⏳ Estimated Turnaround: 15 Business Days

📦 Shipping: $30 per submission (includes international and local shipping back to you)

⭐ COLLECTOR DISCOUNT
Send 20 or more cards in a single submission and receive $2 OFF per card.

All prices above are GST inclusive.

I believe these options provide the best balance between affordability, turnaround time, and value for most collectors.

One thing worth mentioning is that, even with ACE's recent pricing changes, it is still generally cheaper to submit through SyACE HQ than it is to submit directly yourself. This is because my pricing benefits from Authorised Group Submitter rates while also spreading international shipping costs across multiple collectors.

For those who are happy to wait a little longer, CORE remains the most cost-effective way to get your cards graded. If you're looking for a middle-ground option, BASIC offers a significantly faster turnaround without a huge jump in cost. And for collectors who want their cards back as quickly as possible, PREMIER remains an excellent option.

If you're interested in turnaround times quicker than PREMIER, or have a higher-value card that requires a different service level, feel free to send me a message. I can still arrange tailored submissions and work with you to find the most suitable option for your needs.

Hi everyone!

ACE Grading have now officially increased their submission pricing and updated their service structure. I will post the official link below for anyone wanting to have a read through the changes - the prices are in British Pound, you just have to convert it to New Zealand dollars☺️.

As for SyACE HQ pricing and which services I will continue to offer moving forward, I will finalise everything sometime next week and update everyone once I have fully worked through the numbers and options available.

The MAY STANDARD submission is now going to be sent by the END OF THIS WEEK. Cards must be with me by 27th of May.

For anyone still wanting to join this month’s submission, please make sure to send your cards on overnight courier TODAY. PM me for the PO BOX address and submission instructions.

For those messaging me about the ULTRA service, I am planning to send the next ULTRA submission around the 3rd week of June, so you still have a couple of weeks to prepare your cards. If you’d like me to put your name down and remind you closer to the date, please PM me.

There is also a BIG update expected sometime next week regarding potential changes to pricing and turnaround times. As soon as I receive official information, I’ll update everyone immediately. 😊

If you're wanting to send cards for this month's submission, this weekend is the last chance for you to send it overnight so that it can make it for this month's cut-off.
