The world feels a bit chaotic right now… but maybe the chaos isn’t new, maybe we’re just seeing it more clearly.

It got me thinking about how often we focus on changing everything around us, without realising that we are part of the system too.

Real change doesn’t start out there, it starts within. I’ve shared a short reflection on this (and what it might be calling us toward).

“Turns out the most effective brain booster isn’t in a bottle - it’s outside.”

Nature is medicine. The indigenous knew it and we had just forgotten.

Unlike many supplements that make modest claims about memory or focus, nature exposure has consistent effects:
1. Reduces stress hormones
2. Improves mood and calm
3. Helps restore cognitive focus
4. Increases energy and motivation
5. Impacts 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹 physiology (inflammation, psychological markers)

So... for all the beautiful ladies out there talking about brain fog and menopause...get outside! And for all the men working out of the office, wearing a suit and having to go home for a beer to manage it all...get outside on your lunch break (and maybe forget the suit!)

Ever looked at your lawn and thought… why am I doing this again?

Here’s a secret: lawns started as a rich-person flex. Now most of us are just stuck mowing them because society said so.

I had the most unexpected email from a stranger recently…

He’d somehow looked me up and asked if he could come and see the waterfall on our property.

I won’t lie. My first reaction was a little 'security conscious' so I asked for his credentials.

Turns out… he was completely legit.

So I thought - why not. Come and take a look.

He arrived, and I showed him down to the river… and wow. He captured the most incredible drone footage.

Then he came back again with a couple of friends to take even more shots.

These guys literally travel around the country following waterfalls, filming them, appreciating them, soaking up whatever nature offers along the way.

Honestly… I love that.

And seeing these images has reminded me just how magnificent our country is. We are so very lucky to live here, surrounded by this kind of beauty.

Let’s not forget.

Later in 2025, I turned inward.
Less noise. More presence.
Slower. Simpler. More honest.

I’ve been noticing how much our lives are shaped by the stories we tell ourselves.
What we believe we are, we become.
The limits we place on ourselves are often the only limits that exist.

For me, the learning has been clear:
It’s not about striving for what I thought I wanted - but discovering what I actually want.

I’ve shared a few reflections here:

Wishing you all a fabulous time with friends and family and some space to reduce the noise x
