Legal E-Typist Limited’s director has over 30 years’ legal secretarial experience. We are able to assist you with all your secretarial and digital transcription services.
Legal E-Typist Limited takes pride in our work, and provides a personal, professional, confidential and friendly service. Work is received in an office setting, and stored and saved securely.
We have experience in transcribing voice recordings where there are two or more people.
Non-urgent work will be completed and returned within 12 to 24 hours. We work promptly to process all work requests, and to meet our client’s needs and expectations. Completed work will be sent to you via email.
Work received after 5.00pm Monday to Friday and required to be completed overnight, and work required on the weekend, will be invoiced at the urgent rate.
We work with Actionstep Legal Practice Management Software and Affinity Legal Software. We charge per hour of our time, and not per audio minute (for dictations).
We use Xero accounting, and can assist with bank reconciliations, preparing GST returns, and attending to PAYE requirements.
We are based in Tokoroa, but work solely remotely so are available to both North and South Island clients.
