Our client Samson creates more than just commercial spaces... they build amazingly creative spaces for some of Auckland's most creative businesses. No better example is our latest social campaign for Samson’s iconic Ironbank building. This piece was about capturing more than just a commercial space - Cross Street already has a strong identity, so our approach was to reflect the character of the neighbourhood around it, from the local businesses and people to the everyday energy that gives the area its appeal. By letting tenant voices lead, we were able to tell a more credible story about both the Ironbank building and what makes Cross Street such a distinctive place to be.
