We love hearing from people who have spent time here over the years. A gentleman called in today who was part of the Methodist Youth who helped build the camp and stayed during youth camps.
We have also recently received this from a new family who’s children now have lifetime memories of their family ‘tradishions’ here and meeting new friends 😊

Two months after holding a fundraiser, Gunns Bush now has a newly-purchased automated external defibrillator (AED) on site. In late May the 140ha camp, located 11km north of Waimate, held a car boot sale in an effort to raise funds to buy a portable AED. The nearest one available was located in the....

The AED has arrived! Thank to all of you who supported us at the Gunns Bush Car Boot Sale and who donated on the day to help make this happen ⛑️.
In the coming days we will be making everyone in our area aware that this life saving device is available in the event of an emergency and familiarizing them with the accessible location and operation of the defibrillator.
