For this , we'd like to bring you a story of the mother that grew this new delicious of . Grown by Monica Ceron, these beans were picked and hand sorted by her, then placed in water tanks for 45 hours to ferment. While taking care of her farm, Monica is also a school teacher and a mom of 2 sons. She must've got magic as the first sip hits you with a nutty, creamy chocolate that coats your whole mouth 🍫like you never expected before, and then followed with light sweetness apple 🍎 and juicy orange 🍊. Sorted is honoured to support Monica's farm as she is among the many incredible moms around the world who is working hard everyday to support their family. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

A sunny Sunday calls for another colourful espresso drink 🍹. We’re having fun experimenting with different mixers to being out the most flavour of our beans.
Here we use our signature blend with notes of berry, honeycomb and chocolate to accentuate the sweetness and slight tartness of the berry.
Berry espresso

Berry syrup 15ml
Soda water 250ml
Espresso Shot of 9-to-5 45ml
Add thyme, blackberry to garnish
