We’ve got some exciting news to share. Control Systems has recently been approved as the BWoF (Building Warrant of Fitness) contractor for a major organisation in our region, covering 20+ sites.
Our team is now responsible for managing the majority of their specified systems, including BWoF advice, regular servicing, and repairs.
A big step forward for our compliance team and a proud moment for us as we continue supporting safe, compliant buildings across the region.

On a more serious note, we are now fully set up for thermal imaging of switchboards. Thermal imaging helps identify hotspots, overloaded circuits and early signs of component failure long before they become a safety risk. It gives you a clear picture of what’s happening behind the scenes so you can stay compliant, reduce downtime and protect your building and the people in it.

At Control Systems, we're dedicated to ensuring the highest standards in safety and Building Compliance which lead us to attend the Association of Building Compliance (ABC) Conference. This event sees attendance from Regional Councils, MBIE, Central Government, FENZ and the Independent Qualified Persons that inspect and certify commercial buildings safe for public use.

Hosted in the beaituful Rutherford Hotel here in Nelson, the conference was an incredible opportunity to engage with industry leaders, learn about the latest advancements in building compliance, and share our experiences. Our team attended a variety of workshops and seminars, each designed to enhance our skills and knowledge in the ever-evolving field of building compliance and safety.
