🖤🤍💛 There's a reason alchemy isn't called "instant transformation."

This is a deep process that includes reflection, deep enquiry, shift up the unconscious scripts - how many tabs are open??...how man apps are you running? How can we simplify life...Internal alchemy... alchemy is a living path...these are things we are developing our own internal processes.

Internal Alchemy helps you create your own blueprint of the living path of alchemy.

That process goes like this:

🖤 Dissolve ~ First, what's rigid has to soften. The armor, the old identity, the stories you've outgrown...they don't get discarded, we can't just do a cord removal on some things - they need to get melted down. This is often the part that feels like falling apart. It's not. It's the necessary undoing. This is the Tower card showing up.

🤍 Purify ~ Once it's all dissolved, there's a sorting. What's actually yours? What did you pick up from someone else's fear, someone else's expectations? This stage is about separating signal from noise and your nervous system learning what's true for you. This is honing your intuition and what you are feeling in your body.

💛 Integrate ~ And then... slowly, not all at once... the gold. This is the Golden Shadow, a part of you that is underneath the rubble of the Tower card. Thats ready to emerge after all the false parts of self have crumbled away. This isn't a "fixed" version of you, but a truer one. Resilient, grounded and able to hold complexity without being consumed by it.

This is part of the process we move through together in Internal Alchemy, with shared discussion, time to shift perspective, receive energy shifts through reiki and guided processes.

This is transformation through presence.

I am so excited that Revelation Retreat is only a few weeks away...so close now!!

From the 17th - 20th September we will be immersed in the beautiful location of Grace Whenua Chalets in Otaki - see below in the comments a walk through of the location.

We have almost filled up with one cabin space and one VIP space.

What is ready to be revealed through you, and in this space you will be so supported and held to let go, surrender, embody and expand into.

This is an experience of connection, embodiment and fun, to contemplate and to get to know others.
