Busyfix is all about freeing up time and making life easier and this week I found a quick and delicious meal for those busy weeknights.

I saw this at New World and tried it for dinner tonight.
20 min later and it was the best supermarket version of butter chicken I have ever had. Each meal comes with three packages, spices, marinade and sauce. Really quick and easy to cook.
I thought the calories pretty reasonable and I regonised all the ingredients so that's got to be a plus.
I've a yellow Thai curry and Malaysian peanut satay to try another time.

- If you are unsure what the recipient will like, rather than one big gift, diversify and buy several smaller ones, generally they are guaranteed to like one of them.
- Don’t over think it, it’s the thought that counts. Most people prefer a well thought out gift that matches their unique personality and interests to something that simply has a big price tag.

Next time you are walking along Cuba Street in Wellington, look out the pedestrian lights in honour of Wellington icon Carmen Rupe.

The late LGBT rights advocate and former Wellington mayoral candidate and s*x worker has been immortalized in green pedestrian traffic lights at 4 intersections along Cuba street.

Another great initiative in making Wellington the coolest little city in the world.
