Gosh it's been some time since I posted on here. It's been a busy last few years.
Have recently working on Recovery at Work Plans and working with a client - encouraging them to set up a Sick Leave Timebank. For staff who don't need all their sick leave that can be used with staff who need help as they recover from a health related illness.

Making Safety Easy

Health & Safety at Work doesn’t have to be a pile of BULL.....
It can be easy:

just identify your hazards (know what can hurt you)
know how to reduce the risk from those hazards
make sure there is some training involved
regularly check and review these hazards

It's been sometime since I posted on here..... For some reason this January I've been really busy with H&S work. Normally find businesses don't want to see the Safety person until Feb / March.

Good to be busy - doing something I enjoy 🙂
