We are looking for 2 x Sales & Account Executive.
Having dealt with IT Managed Service Provider is recommended.
Having Technical Knowledge is a must.
Below are the Key Responsibilities:
• Act as an integral member of the Sales & Marketing team, working collaboratively to drive
pipeline growth, lead conversion, and revenue outcomes.
• Proactively generate new business opportunities through market research, prospecting,
cold outreach, and lead generation activities.
• Respond promptly to inbound enquiries and effectively qualify, nurture, and convert
opportunities into new clients.
• Manage and develop a portfolio of assigned client accounts, ensuring high levels of
customer satisfaction, retention, and engagement.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing on campaign ex*****on, lead follow-up, and nurturing
activities to maximise conversion and ROI.
• Work in alignment with the Manager, Business Development and Client Success to
execute sales strategies and prioritise target accounts.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, pipeline activity, and
account status within the CRM system.

• Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell and cross-sell ByteGrid Solutions’ services,
including IT services, cloud solutions, and resourcing offerings.
• Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders to support long-term partnership
and account growth.
• Contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets, and provide insights on market
trends, customer needs, and campaign effectiveness.
• Support broader Sales & Marketing initiatives, including events, campaigns, outreach
programs, and brand-building activities.
• Represent ByteGrid Solutions’ professionally in all client interactions and contribute to the
company’s continued growth and market presence.
