Life lesson reminders from this challenging trek
✔️ focus on the step you’re in right now to get you to your destination
✔️ The path is always changing. You need to change to accommodate to the different conditions
✔️ To reach goals you need, the right equipment, a good guide, the right training, the right mindset and to be your most optimal self
✔️ You always have a choice to turn back or keep going. That choice is never easy.
✔️ Know thyself

✔️Keep going even when you feel exhausted. You can go so much further than you think
