Wanples HR Business Consultant had assisted Duguba Siani Tribe of Kiunga, Western Province register as clans impacted in Hides PDL 1 & 7 and including pipeline segment one. After eight years of working community finally the final minister determination successfully registered the clans. How ever it's a sad situation Western provincial administration could never help administratively. We hope our many repeated plea may one day open the years and eyes of stubborn beurocrates.
Apparently we are strended in pom trying to submit request for inclusion of other clans. Administration is giving a blind eye on our attempt to communicate with them.
The question is that what is purpose of provincial administration?
To serve people or serve the beurocrates themselves?
