Investing in Safer Driving and Building Internal Capacity

We proudly extend our sincere appreciation to ESS Ltd for entrusting us to deliver the Defensive Driving Assessor Training to their team in Lae over the past two days.

This engagement goes beyond training - it is an investment in competency, safety leadership, and sustainable internal training capability.

JTC successfully trained, upskilled, and certified three (3) ESS Ltd trainers to become Defensive Driving Assessors, strengthening their capacity to assess, coach, and promote safer driving behaviours within their organisation.

Units of competencies in this course include road awareness, vision skills, vehicle total stopping distance (reaction + braking), target fixation, etc.,.

Participants undertook three types of assessments including on-the-road practical assessments to prove their competence in conducting and assessing the Defensive Driving training.

The team consisted of:

1. Support Sevices Manager
2. Shuttle Coordinator
3. Recruitment Officer

Another successful delivery of Work Safely at Heights training for our corporate client, Executive Security Systems (ESS) Limited today at their headquarters in Lae, Morobe province.

We are greatful for another opportunity to be engaged again to deliver this training for their technicians who on a daily basis are exposed to working at heights activities.
