Position: Admin & Accounts Assistant
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Admin & Accounts Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, willing to learn, and has basic accounting experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• General administrative support (filing, emails, document management)
• Organising and maintaining records (Dropbox and internal systems)
• Assisting with bookkeeping and data entry
• Uploading and managing documents in accounting software (e.g. Xero)
• Supporting monthly reconciliations
• Assisting the team with day-to-day office tasks
Requirements:
• Basic accounting knowledge or experience
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Attention to detail
• Comfortable using computers and online systems
• Willingness to learn and take initiative
