Overall, the Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating project activities, communicating with responsible departments/partners for effective collaboration which will lead to the quality delivery of the UNICEF HCD Project for World Vision Papua New Guinea.

Additionally, the Project Coordinator will report directly to the Portfolio Manager for effective implementation and reporting of the project activities.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION/SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
Minimum of Bachelor's degree or college qualification in nursing or public health. Preferably social sciences
At least 2-3 years of experience in implementing projects engaging various stakeholders/partners.
Experience in partners engagement and networking
Experience in working with Provincial and District Government /.health Offices

NATIONAL DEVELOPMENT BANK

Driving Financial Inclusion and Economic Growth in Papua New Guinea

The National Development Bank (NDB), wholly owned by Kumul Consolidated Holdings (KCH), plays a central role in Papua New Guinea’s economic development by providing sustainable finance to MSMEs, particularly in rural and priority sectors, while delivering Government-backed programs that promote inclusive growth and align with national priorities.

NDB is focused on strengthening performance and broadening its impact. Key priorities include expanding MSME lending, improving branch efficiency, advancing digital transformation, enhancing portfolio quality and risk management, and building strategic partnerships, particularly across agri-value chains while reinforcing its market position in line with MTDP IV.

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Reporting to the Board, the Chief Executive Officer will:
Lead financial recovery, operational stability, and sustainable performance
Drive strategic transformation, including digital capability and service delivery improvement
Strengthen governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks
Expand access to finance for priority sectors to support inclusive growth
Build strong relationships with Government, regulators, and development partners
Foster a high-performance, accountable, and values-driven culture
Job Requirements:

You are a proven senior executive with:
CEO or equivalent leadership experience in banking, financial services, or development finance
Demonstrated success in transformation, performance improvement, and institutional strengthening
Strong expertise in lending, credit risk, and financial management
Experience in complex, multi-stakeholder or emerging
A strong commitment to governance, integrity, and ethical leadership

A degree in banking, finance, economics, accounting, or related field is required; postgraduate qualifications (MBA/Masters) or professional certifications (CPA/CFA) and 10+ years’ senior executive experience are highly regarded.
