1. Order Processing Supervisor (x1 Position)

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the Order Processing Team.
Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and within agreed timelines.
Monitor order status, stock availability, and delivery schedules.
Liaise with Sales, Warehouse, Logistics, Finance, and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
Investigate and resolve order discrepancies, customer complaints, and operational process issues, implementing corrective actions to improve service delivery and efficiency.
Prepare operational reports and performance metrics for management.
Review and improve order processing procedures and controls.
Train, mentor, and develop Order Processing Officers.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards.

2. Order Processing Officer (x2 Positions)

Key Responsibilities
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently within established timelines.
Verify pricing, stock availability, and customer account information.
Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
Monitor order status and provide updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
Resolve order discrepancies and escalate issues where necessary.
Maintain accurate records within the ERP system.
Assist in preparing reports and operational documentation.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.

Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
