We are Hiring(Project manager)
Key Responsibilities:
●Overseeing and managing construction projects from conception to completion
●Developing project plans, schedules and budgets
●Coordinating and managing subcontractors and construction teams
●Ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations
●Managing project resources and materials
●Monitoring progress and providing regular updates to stakeholders
●Identifying and resolving project issues and challenges
●Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards
- Conducting site visits and inspections to ensure work is being carried out according to plans and specifications
●Managing project documentation and maintaining records
●Leading project meetings and providing direction to team
●Managing project risks and implementing risk mitigation strategies
●Ensuring project profitability and managing project finances
●Providing leadership and mentoring to project team
●Continuously seeking opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
Requirements:
●Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
●5-10 years of experience in project management in the civil road construction industry
●Strong knowledge of project management principles, techniques and tools
●Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
●Proven leadership and team management abilities
●Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
●Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously
●Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
●Knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations
●Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office
●Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
