· 10 years or more work experience in training, learning and development,
· Proven experience in developing and delivering curriculum and training modules customized to workplace training.
· Experience in leading people and teams.
· Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
· Ability to drive change, manage risks, and lead cross-functional teams.
· Commitment to professional integrity and continuous improvement.

We are currently seeking the service of qualified and enthusiastic Driver Trainer Supervisor to oversee the Driver Training & Compliance Department, reporting to the Transport Manager. This is a Lae based position and the requirements for the position is stated below:

Key Responsibilities
• Assists with all planning, organising and co-ordination of driver training programs and activities in liaison with the all trainers and assessors to ensure an effective and efficient training operation.
• Assist plan and organise resources to assist trainers with carrying out training programs.
• Ensure the all training and assessment records are kept up-to-date and organised
• Ensure all training and assessment are properly coordinated with respective trainers and operational team members
• Maintain and update the driver training matrix to ensure all training are properly captured and competencies reported in a timely manner
• Ensure all training schedules are updated accordingly on the matrix
• Assist driver trainers to ensure proper documentation and quality assurance of Driver Training processes , methods and records
• Assist driver trainer to ensure group policies and processes in relation to driver training are adhered to.

Skills & Requirements:

• A certified Trainer Of Trainers or equivalent qualification and at least 5 years’ experience in specialist training or capacity building.
▫️ Be well versed in developing driver training procedures and compliance requirements;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to supervise teams successfully to achieve desired results
