Praise God for my successful Client and good sister from back in school (M'vil), for your Police Clearance Certificate for Employment. Appreciate your trust in engaging our Services 💯 🙏🏾. I waited from 11am to 2pm to pick it up from Gordons Police Barracks. Thank You Holy Spirit for your fruit of patience in me and thank You Lord for the fine weather. So yesterday, Wednesday 01/10/25, again while I was at the Immigration and Citizenship Services Authority (ICSA) Office at Koitachi Haus, I was sitting in the que for Lodgements then a young woman about 28years of age, sat in the next empty sit next to me. Me, being me decided to make conversation, I found out the young woman was getting her Passport done to travel overseas before the end of the year. She also had been turned away by the guards to go do her Payment at the Finance Office and now returned for Lodgement. I mentioned to her how I assisted a young girl and her mum on Monday with their Payment. She was surprised and asked for my number so she could pass on to her Work Colleagues who were also going to be doing their Passports. So I passed it on. But I feel bad for not offering to go through her Application and double check if everything had been filled out correctly.

I was next to be served and at the same time, she was also called to the other counter. We were both done the same time, however she was unsuccessful with her Passport Application Lodgement. So she asked me for help. From there we both sat down together again and I went through her Application and I realized why it was rejected. So I assisted her to correctly fill the form in the parts she wasn't sure about, assisted to glue her photos onto the Passport Application Form then I told her, while I'm still here, you go back and re Lodge again which she did. And this time, her Passport Application was accepted and lodged successfully and she was given the blue Lodgement Receipt. She was so grateful and walked back to me smiling with appreciation and said, "sorry, I don't have anything to give you to say thank you," and I told her, "just say Thank You to the Lord, me, I'm just happy to help "💯🙏🏾🔥

This is the joy I get from helping others in these ways, even if they're just random people I may never see again. We're here to serve God and others, all for the Glory of God. Thank You Jesus 🙇🏾‍♀️🙏🏾🔥💖🥹

On Monday 29/09/25, we assisted a mother and her daughter, who were told Payments for Passport Fees were not being done at Koitachi Haus where the Passport Lodgement Office is, for the Office of the Immigration and Citizenship Services Authority (ICSA). They were instructed by the Security Guards, to go to the Finance Office where the Twin Towers are and do the Payment there, then return for Lodgement of their Passport Application.

So we assisted with their Passport Fee Payment Online, which took about 5minutes. Then the receipt was downloaded and sent to the Applicant's mother's WhatsApp number and she rushed over to print the Receipt at her Office at Gordons and return. Meanwhile, her daughter remained at Koitachi so we assisted her to go through her Application Form to make sure it was correctly filled and signed. And assisted with the glueing of the Passport Photos at the correct places. Then we went upstairs to wait in the Lodgement que. Just as well the mother of the Applicant returned 15minutes later with the printed receipt and the Passport Application was Lodged successfully. We offered to assist with the Follow up so we were given the Lodgement Receipt. Out of much gratitude and appreciation, the Applicant's mother asked where we were going to next since we also were done and we said BSP Town so she offered to drop us off.

This Business started in May 2025 informally and by the Grace of God is now officially registered with IPA, has a Sole Trader TIN Certificate and an Official Business Account with BSP Bank 🙏🏾.

As an Agent, we do our best to communicate with our Clients in a precise and professional way, the requirements for the Services we provide which are:

It is important for the Client to understand that PBS Consultancy Services is God-fearing and therefore we do our best to be Transparent, Trustworthy and Timely (our Motto) following due processes to facilitate and complete these necessary Documentation Processes🙏🏾.

Delays are expected due to unforseen circumstances on the part of the Government Service Provider. While we do our best to charge reasonable Service Fees for the work we do, we inform the Client of the information they need to know, so they can fully understand the process and bear with us to get the job done🙏🏾.
