This piece is dear to her heart as it gives her a reminiscence of home. A home where she lived and who brought her life. This ensemble is also a tribute to her Mother who has been a dedicated basket weaver for a decade and a resilient single mother of 13 children which she strongly carried all on her own. Her unwavering commitment to her craft and her family exemplifies the enduring spirit and skill of Abrenios. It honors her remarkable journey and the cultural heritage she embodies.
