Work in a virtual environment where you will experience a lively office atmosphere. The call agent will be handling outbound calls to verify the information.
Job Description
Full-time or Part-time
Handling high-volume outbound calls per day
The ideal candidate:
-has outstanding communication and time management skills --must speak fluent English
-must be able to work in a quiet environment
-has a working headset
-works 20 or 40 hrs/week
-is able to work within 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM PST (Pacific Standard Time) hours
-has reliable internet connection with the minimum download speed of 10 Mbps
Bonus points if you have:
-experience working as Call Center Operator or Customer Support Representative
-online work experience
Training and software for calling will be provided. Successful candidates will go through a one-month probation period. Please note, during the probation period only part-time work is required, working hours will be increased after probation only if your choice is a full-time shift.
