On-page SEO: How to place keywords properly? ✨

If you write quality content like a human, the keyword and related LSI keywords will appear naturally in the body of the text.

But there are some places where you need to place your target keyword intentionally.

These include:
1. Page title: This is the page's title as it appears on the page.
2. Title tag: This is the page's title as it appears on the SERP.
3. First 100 words of the page: Please ensure this is incorporated naturally.
4. Headings: ideally in at least two H2s on the page.
5. Meta description: This is the summary of your page that appears on the SERP.
6. Permalink: This is the URL of your content after your website name.
7. Image alt text: The text is an alternative to an image.
8. Image file name: Don’t just save an image as “Screenshot-1” or “chart.”

P.S. If your website was built in WordPress, you can use the Rank Math or Yoast SEO plugin. This plugin is very helpful for on-page SEO because it will give recommendations to optimize your content. 🚀
