Every year, September is a celebration of Filipino creativity in accordance with Republic Act 11904 or the Philippine Creative Industries Development Act, which aims to promote local creative goods, products, and services while drawing attention to creatives’ role in socioeconomic development and nation-building.

This year, the PCIM carries the theme “We Are a Creative Nation,” a powerful message to Filipino creatives determined to use their talents to thrive in their chosen industries.

Whether you have the knack for visual arts or digital interactive media, or any of the nine domains that form the foundation of the creative economy, your creativity holds value.

The ICT Industry Development Bureau (IIDB) celebrates the PCIM with every Filipino creative and reaffirms its commitment to digital transformation across the creative sector. In the spirit of innovation, we are dedicated to empowering our digital ecosystems and promoting local talents.
