I am a Senior Strategy & Development Consultant with more than 30 years of professional experience advising governments, NGOs, academic institutions, and mission-driven organizations on strategic management, institutional strengthening, governance, and capacity building.
My work focuses on helping organizations translate policy and vision into effective strategy and implementation, particularly in complex and resource-constrained environments. I have led and contributed to initiatives involving strategic and corporate planning, organizational diagnostics, governance reform, change management, executive training, and institutional capacity development across public, private, and development sectors.
I serve as Managing Director of Dwight Douglas Consulting, providing senior advisory and consulting services in strategy, development, and institutional transformation. I also hold long-standing leadership roles in development consulting and capacity-building organizations, and have experience working on donor-aligned and development-oriented projects, including assignments connected with multilateral development partners.
I hold a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) and have advanced doctoral training in Development Studies (ABD) from De La Salle University. This background allows me to combine applied business and management expertise with a strong grounding in development theory, policy, and institutional practice.
At this stage of my career, I bring particular value as a senior advisor, mentor, and capacity builder, supporting organizations through strategic decision-making, institutional reform, leadership development, and the design of practical, results-oriented interventions. I am open to short- to medium-term consultancy assignments, advisory roles, and capacity-building engagements at national and international levels.
