⚠REASON FOR SIM DEACTIVATION
Walang expiration yong sim activation natin as dealer/retailer member ni TPC pero yong sim card natin pag nakita ni network provider Smart/Globe na di na active yong sim (meaning walang personal load transaction) e-dedeactivate niya yong number kaya nag-e-error o nagre-reject na yong sim.
Another reason kung bakit na rereject yong sim is yong palaging pag e-insert ng sim sa iba't- ibang phone dahil nagagasgas ang chip ng sim kaya na rereject.

Na reject/deactivated na ang sim ko, ano ba pwede kong gawin?
ℹANSWER:
Pwede kayo mag request ng change # sa TPC, 3-5 working days po ang process.
Attach nyo po ang change number request form, fill up complete all information needed, attach nyo po yun one valid Government ID with 3 signatures.

Mababawi pa ba ang remaining LC at Sim Activations sa sira kong sim?
ℹANSWER:
Yes po automatic matatransfer yong LC at sim activations ng old sim to your new sim once successful na ang change # request mo. Mababawasan ng processing fee yong remaining LC sa old sim: P252 pag dealer sim & P100 pag retailer sim.
*NOTE:
Maari pa rin pong paloadan ng LC ang inyong deactivated na sim para po may magamit na processing fee just in case zero load wallet balance po ang inyong rejected o deactivated na sim.
