May 25, 2023, marked the highly successful event organized by the Los Baños Chamber of Commerce and Industry Inc. at the Glasshouse of Mayor Anthony Genuino, located in the Trace College Campus in Los Baños, Philippines. The event focused on "Effective Digital Marketing and Social Media Campaign" and featured esteemed guest speakers who shared their expertise and insights. Attendees were treated to a lineup of influential figures from various industries, including business and politics.

Engr. Grace Bondad-Nicolas, the President of the Los Baños Chamber of Commerce and Industry Inc., delivered a warm welcome and set the tone for the event. She has made significant contributions as a serial entrepreneur, industrial engineer, public speaker, marketing advisor, brand ambassador, and producer. Her respected position in the industry was further solidified by her work as a business writer for The Manila Times and a Go Negosyo mentor.

Among the notable guest speakers was Mr. Walther U*i Buenavista, the founder of Shawarma Shack, who shared his success story of building a beloved local brand and effectively leveraging digital marketing strategies. The Philippine-Korea Economic Council (PHILKOREC) induction and oath-taking held at F1 Hotel in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig last, May 24, 2023, marks a significant milestone in the long-standing relationship between the Philippines and South Korea. This bilateral platform serves as a catalyst for enhanced economic cooperation and opens up new avenues for collaboration between the two nations. Starting in 2003, organized under the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCCI), the organization aims to leverage its respective strengths, foster trade and investment, and deepen its partnership in various sectors.

The induction of the Philippine-Korea Economic Council signifies a renewed commitment to bolstering economic ties between the Philippines and South Korea. By establishing a formal platform for dialogue and cooperation, the council aims to enhance trade and investment opportunities, promote innovation and technology transfer, and foster cultural exchange. As both nations work together through the PHILKOREC, they have the potential to create a prosperous and mutually beneficial partnership that will contribute to the growth and development of their respective economies.

OUTREACH: Profiles Asia Magazine took the lead in spearheading and organizing a collaborative effort involving multiple businesses and organizations to provide support to the Aeta community in Mawacat, Pampanga.

Together with Colkin Architecture and Construction, Qualitech Diagnostic, Aquaskin Philippines, Interiors Point Wallcovering Trading Corporation, Tia's Kitchenette, Lion's Club, Rotary Club, and several other organizations, a comprehensive repacking and outreach program was successfully conducted to extend assistance to our Aeta brothers and sisters.
