Position: Full-Time Executive Assistant (Remote, 40 Hours/Week)
Schedule: 12 PM – 9 PM ET (with 1-hour break)
Location: Remote
Agency Placement: AccountaVirtu PH (Exclusive Contractor)
Rate: Starting at $12/hour, with potential for increase based on performance
We’re looking for a high-performing, full-time Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You’ll be supporting a startup founder by owning day-to-day operations, helping drive momentum, and enabling high-value work to move forward without friction.
This is a remote, 40-hour-per-week role with a strong emphasis on responsiveness, initiative, and attention to detail. You must be dedicated to this role only, no other clients or conflicting commitments.

Full-time availability (40 hours/week) with no other client commitments
Honest, responsive, and proactive communication in daily operations
Fast thinker who can match the client’s pace and help maintain ex*****on momentum
Self-confident and aware of their value and role in supporting high-level work
Detail-oriented — follows directions thoroughly, double-checks work, and delivers accurate, reliable results
Independent and resourceful — uses provided tools to find solutions without constant oversight
Able to follow SOPs and Loom instructions with minimal guidance
Learns from mistakes and avoids repeating the same issues
Thinks strategically — understands the broader system and offers ideas to improve workflows and processes
Poised under pressure — especially during sales pushes and client onboarding periods
Experience as an Executive Assistant — ideally with startup founders or coaching businesses
Bonus: Familiarity with GoHighLevel, Canva, and Basecamp
