4 years living in Saigon. These 4 spots never left my rotation. 🍽️

Bánh Xèo 46A — their bánh xèo, but the chicken wings + spring rolls are underrated.

Pizza 4P's (Ben Thanh) — the pizza's the star, but the crab pasta and pesto deserve their own hype.

L'Usine (Le Thanh Ton) — my new go-to branch, but the croque monsieur is exactly how I remember it.

Phở Hòa Pasteur — the pho I still measure every other pho against.

The thing I never planned for became part of my routine.

Twice a week, my schedule revolves around dialysis — my mom’s.

Not because I chose it.

Not because it was part of some carefully crafted retirement plan.

It simply became one of the things love asks of me.

Funny how life works.

Tita secretly slipped me candies through the door.

My 3-year-old brain: crying + locked room = candies. So I asked to be locked up again. 😂

I wasn’t punished. I was rewarded — and I learned the wrong lesson.
