XJ HOME AND ERRAND SERVICES a newly established all-in-one services in the city of Pines. Since the pandemic hit us, most of our movement is limited some are immobilized, but we’re here at your service to lessen your stress.

XJ HOME AND ERRAND SERVICES are focused and determined to always deliver the highest standard of quality service with a friendly attitude which lies at the heart of everything we do. We hired people who can carry on with their work with true care and dedication. We humble ourselves on supplying staff with position specific experience, and versatile, moreover we also have our own in-house training so we can tailor any training requirements to the needs of the client with minimum delays.
To ensure the quality of our service, our current staff will undergo appraisals, spot checks, and yearly refresher training. Should you have any comments and suggestions our line is open that we may serve you better.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
XJ HOME AND ERRAND SERVICES shall be entitled to alter and vary these conditions from time to time without any liability to the Client. It is the Client’s responsibility to check these pages periodically for any updates.
Our normal hours are 8:00 am– 5:00 Monday to Saturday. Where XJ HOME AND ERRAND SERVICES is required to provide Services outside of these hours we shall be entitled to make an extra Charge to the Client for this reason, and the same shall be notified to the Client ahead of time. Outside normal hours, the Client may reach us by telephone, mobile, messenger or e-mail. We will respond to all messages left by the Client as soon as possible.
Telephone calls between XJ HOME AND ERRAND SERVICES and the Client may be recorded and monitored from time to time.
Supply of the Services:
XJ HOME AND ERRAND SERVICES shall provide the Services to the Client subject to these Conditions or such other conditions as may be agreed in writing between XJ HOME AND ERRAND SERVICES and the Client.
The Service permits the Client to instruct XJ HOME AND ERRAND SERVICES to facilitate errands for or on the behalf of the Client. This may involve the pick up and/ or delivery of personal or other items, messages or goods. XJ HOME AND ERRAND SERVICES may decline to run an errand which it deems immoral or unlawful.
XJ HOME AND ERRAND SERVICES has a weight restriction of 20kg applicable to all carriages. Outsize items may attract an extra charge or be declined to be carried by XJ HOME AND ERRAND SERVICES.
The turnaround time for normal errands (errands requiring no waiting, within the area of coverage, not encumbered by other agreements e.g. specified ‘time-bound’ and ‘urgent’) is 24 hours. However XJ HOME AND ERRAND SERVICES intends to facilitate all errand requests within the same working day, if such request has been received by XJ errand services by the errand reception-cut-off time of 3pm. Requests received after 3pm may be facilitated the following working day.
Where XJ HOME AND ERRAND SERVICES is unable to run any errands it will inform the Client as soon as it is reasonably possible.
Charges:
Subject to any special terms agreed, the Client shall pay XJ HOME AND ERRAND SERVICES the Charge and any additional sums agreed between XJ HOME AND ERRAND SERVICES and the Client for the provision of the Services.
XJ HOME AND ERRAND SERVICES shall be entitled to vary the Charge from time to time and shall communicate any such changes to the Client before any payment is made.
XJ HOME AND ERRAND SERVICES shall be entitled to invoice the Client for any incidental costs incurred during the facilitation of the Client’s request, including costs from unexpected delays, toll charges, parking fee etc.
There are three ways to pay our services:
Bank transfer
Paymaya
Gcash
NOTE: XJ HOME AND ERRAND SERVICES will not accept any cash payment to avoid future problem.
All quotations given and charges mentioned will be exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
The Charge and any additional sum due shall be paid by the Client (without any set off, counterclaim or other deduction) in advance of XJ HOME AND ERRAND SERVICES invoice date.
Client’s Responsibilities:
Services provided by XJ HOME AND ERRAND SERVICES are provided expressly for the Client or any person or group named by the Client to receive the Service.
The Client shall not request of XJ HOME AND ERRAND SERVICES to run errands which are immoral or unlawful in nature.
The Client shall endeavour to provide XJ HOME AND ERRAND SERVICES with as much detailed information as possible regarding their request in order for XJ HOME AND ERRANDS SERVICES to provide excellent service.
The Client shall not ask XJ HOME AND ERRAND SERVICES to run errands to, from and for people or places where XJ HOME AND ERRAND SERVICES staff or associates may experience any form of abuse, bodily harm or death.
Termination and refunds:
When the Client has entered into an agreement with XJ HOME AND ERRAND SERVICES by assigning an errand and making payment for same, requests for refunds may only be accommodated in the following circumstances:
Where XJ HOME AND ERRAND SERVICES has not already begun to process the request.
where the errand does not require same day facilitation, in which case a minimum 24hour notice period by the Client is applicable.
XJ HOME AND ERRAND SERVICES will make refunds less direct costs to itself including any handling costs
Without prejudice to any other rights and remedies available, XJ HOME AND ERRAND SERVICES shall have the right to terminate the Contract for the provision of all or any of the Services upon written notice if the Client commits a serious breach of these conditions.
On termination for any reason whatsoever, the Client shall immediately make payment to XJ HOME AND ERRAND SERVICES of all and any sums outstanding and owing to XJ errand services under these conditions (including the Charge or any outstanding balance)
Liability:
XJ HOME AND ERRAND SERVICES shall not be liable for any loss, cost, expense or damage of any nature whatsoever (whether direct or indirect) resulting from the use of XJ HOME AND ERRAND SERVICES, except where it is expressly determined that a person acting under the direct instruction of XJ HOME AND ERRANDS SERVICES has knowingly acted in a negligent manner.
XJ HOME AND ERRAND SERVICES warrants to the Client that XJ HOME AND ERRAND SERVICES shall use all of its reasonable endeavors to provide the Services using reasonable care and skill and, as far as reasonably possible, in accordance with the Clients requests and instructions.
XJ HOME AND ERRAND SERVICES shall have no liability to the Client for any loss, damage, costs, expenses or other claims for compensation arising from requests or instructions supplied by the Client which are incomplete, incorrect or inaccurate or arising from their late arrival or non arrival, or any other fault of the Client.
XJ HOME AND ERRAND SERVICES shall not be liable or be deemed to be in breach of the Contract by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure, any of XJ HOME AND ERRAND SERVICES’ obligations in relation to the Services, if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond XJ errand services’ reasonable control.
Subject to the provisions of these Conditions of Service, the maximum liability of XJ HOME AND ERRAND SERVICES to the Client for breach of any of its obligations hereunder shall be limited to the value of the Charge (provided that the Charge has at such time been paid by the Client in full).
Disclosure of information:
All information received by XJ HOME AND ERRAND SERVICES in relation to the Client shall remain confidential and, except as maybe required by law, XJ HOME AND ERRAND SERVICES shall not, without the Client’s prior written consent, disclose or divulge to any third party any information of any nature whatsoever in relation to the Client.
Unless XJ HOME AND ERRAND SERVICES receives notice from the Client to the contrary, XJ HOME AND ERRAND SERVICES shall from time to time provide to the Client (by post, telephone or email) such information in relation to the Services that XJ HOME AND ERRAND SERVICES considers may be of interest to the Client.
Under the Data Privacy Act No. 10173 the Client shall not be entitled to view any personal records or information held by XJ HOME AND ERRAND SERVICES relating to the Client, unless court order letter is presented to XJ HOME AND ERRAND SERVICES
General
These conditions (together with any other terms and conditions agreed in writing between XJ HOME AND ERRAND SERVICES and the Client from time to time) constitute the entire agreement between the parties, and supersede any previous agreement or understanding and may not be varied except on notice from XJ HOME AND ERRAND SERVICES. All other terms and conditions express or implied by a statute or otherwise are excluded to the fullest extents permitted by Law.
Any notice required or permitted to be given by either party to the other under these conditions shall be in writing addressed to the other party at it’s registered office or principal place of business or residential address (as the case may be) or such other address as may at the relevant time have been notified pursuant to the provision to the party giving notice. Any notice may be sent by first class post or registered mail, or email and notice shall be deemed to have been served on the expiry of 48 hours in the case of post or at the time of transmission in the case of registered mail or email transmission.
No failure or delay by XJ HOME AND ERRAND SERVICES in exercising any of its rights under the Contract shall be deemed to be a waiver of that right, and no waiver by XJ HOME AND ERRAND SERVICES of any breach of the Contract by the Client shall be considered as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.
If any provision of these conditions is held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in parts, the validity of the other provisions of these conditions will still stand.
These conditions and the Contract to which they relate shall be governed and construed in accordance with Philippine Law and the parties shall submit to the exclusivity and jurisdiction of the Courts.
