This day we are reminded that everything we build here — the farm, the institute, the enterprise, the community — is rooted in something and someone far greater than ourselves.

We dedicate this Hub not just to agriculture, but to the people it will serve: the farmers, the students, the families, and the communities of Ilocos Norte. And most especially, we dedicate it to the Lord, the source of all thing

🌿 It's official. The North Circular Agri-Hub has launched!

On June 4, 2026, Agapeland Integrated Farm in Brgy. Payao, City of Batac, Ilocos Norte became the site of a milestone for sustainable agriculture, technical-vocational education, and community-driven enterprise in the region.

From the opening invocation to the ribbon cutting, the farm tour, the messages of support, and the signing of the Framework for Regional Convergence — every moment of the day pointed to one vision: Cultivating Care, Illuminating Minds, Closing the Loop — and as Hon. Edwin Cariño beautifully added: Transforming Lives.

The North Circular Agri-Hub brings together Agape Agriventures Corporation, Agapeland Integrated Farm, and Lumen Green Institute of Technical Excellence and Management — three institutions, one ecosystem, one purpose.

This Hub did not begin on June 4. It began in faith — in years of quiet labor, unanswered questions, and our passion for our advocacy. Every seed sown, every plan drawn, every door that opened: none of it was by our hands alone. We are simply stewards of a vision far greater than ourselves. To Him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine — To God be the Glory!

To our government partners — regional, provincial, and local — who graced this day with your presence and your pledge: your support means everything to this community.

To our partner institutions, cooperatives, and organizations who traveled to stand with us: you remind us that no good work is done alone.

To the people of Brgy. Payao, whose land and lives this Hub is built to serve: this is as much yours as it is ours.

And to every person who prayed, prepared, and believed before there was anything to show — AGYAMAN KAMI UNAY.
