Cutech Process Services Philippines Inc. is expanding our team and is inviting qualified and motivated individuals to apply for the following position:
📌 QHSE Officer (1)
💼 Job Duties and Responsibilities
-Ensure compliance with applicable Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) occupational safety and health requirements, including Republic Act No. 11058 and its implementing rules and regulations.
-Implement and monitor company and project health and safety policies and procedures.
-Conduct regular workplace/site safety inspections and identify unsafe acts and conditions.
-Assist in risk assessments, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA).
-Ensure employees and contractors comply with applicable safety requirements and safe work practices.
-Conduct or assist in toolbox meetings, safety orientations, and safety training.
-Monitor the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
-Investigate accidents, incidents, near misses, and unsafe occurrences and assist in preparing incident reports.
-Recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence of incidents.
-Monitor emergency preparedness and participate in emergency drills and response activities.
-Report safety violations and recommend appropriate corrective measures.
-Monitor compliance with company and project quality procedures and requirements.
-Conduct routine inspections and quality checks at the workplace/project site.
-Ensure that work activities are performed in accordance with approved procedures, specifications, and client requirements.
-Ensure compliance with applicable Philippine occupational safety, health, environmental, and quality requirements.
-Maintain QHSE documentation, records, permits, inspection reports, and certificates.
-Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly QHSE reports as required.
-Monitor the validity of employee certifications, training records, permits, and other QHSE-related documents.
📜 Qualifications
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE/HSE) functions, preferably in power plant or project-based environments.
-With Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) training/certification; Construction Occupational Safety and Health (COSH) and other safety certifications
-Filipino applicants only.
