NP ( Neighborhood Partner ) is a partner of Xend with 200+ partners around Metro Manila and provinces,

NP335 ( Xend Binangonan ) drop off has an extended cut-off of 3pm so as long as you drop off your pouches before 3pm, you can still enjoy the same transit time for delivery!

You can still drop off your pouches after 3pm but those pouches will be picked up the next day.

Packaging Guidelines for XENDERS :

Follow these simple packaging guidelines and you can be sure your parcel will be delivered on time and in good condition.

1. FRAGILE PRODUCTS
Parcels need proper packaging especially fragile and valuable products. During transit they go through multiple hubs and may experience rough handling, especially destinations outside of Metro Manila. You can help ensure your parcel arrives safely with these packaging guidelines and procedures:

2. BUBBLE WRAP
Bubble wraps are designed to protect and cushion fragile items. To avoid damage during transit we suggest wrapping individual items with multiple layers to ensure the item is completely protected, especially around the corners and edges.

3. CORRUGATED BOX
Whenever possible use a rigid, double-walled corrugated box. The more times a box is used, the more it loses its original protective qualities. A previously used box may not adequately protect your shipment.

If you must reuse a box, make sure it is rigid and in excellent condition with no punctures, tears, rips, or damaged corners, and that all flaps are intact. You can also customize your own box to perfectly fit your item.

4. PROVIDE INTERNAL PROTECTION
For better protection, add internal cushioning like expanded polystyrene, also known as "peanuts". Peanuts are used primarily as void-fill material for fragile items.

Alternatively, you can also use crumpled old newspapers for cushioning.

5. USE THE RIGHT POUCH
Use a Xend pouch if your parcel fits. We have 3 (three) sizes: Small ( 6” x 11” )Large (9” x 14”) and XL (12” x 18”). If the item does not fit in any of our pouches, you can use your own packaging as long as the item is packed securely.

6. SEAL PROPERLY
Seal the pouch within the designated sealing area, even if your item is smaller than the pouch. This helps us sort parcels properly and faster.
