Good evening hearties...🥰🥰

I miss it here!!! Just dropping by to share with you this shaker which is my fave among all the shakers that I made. I was just browsing through my phone and came across this❤️

It was a special one because it was my first motivation for keep doing crafts, not the shaker itself but the one who asked for it. I did a lot more resin crafts after this..but I would always feel grateful looking back to the first people who decided to spend their money for our crafts when we were starting. It was a nudge that brought as to where Heartbits is today, kaya maraming salamat po.

I really miss doing resin and ribbons but work and studies is hectic lately so I have to take a quick break from crafting and focus on more important things so I could get back on it again ASAP since I have pending orders for next week..

Hoping to be more active here in between breaks on the coming days❤️

Glad that we accepted this project because it's another step in our resin journey😊. Our first umbilical cord preservation, first kabadong buhos since started doing resin that it should be documented (phone in one hand and resin mix on the other).

This is something that must be perfectly executed in one pour, and we can't imagine what could've happened if ever something was messed up..( did a double take on resin measurements just to make sure it will cure properly).

We're happy to be a part of creating a lasting memory between a mother and her child, it's not just a cord that once connects them together but it holds a beautiful story of pain, struggle and happiness. 🥰🥰

Hello hearties!! As of today, ang laman ng gcash ko intended for HB is 1k plus lang.

Last month, I allocated 3k as operating expenses, also last month I earned 3.4k..bawing bawi yung puhunan, I had to add raw mats kaya ngaun 1k plus nalang natira.

Common mistake when starting a business is that we don't separate our budget for the business and our personal money. When I was starting I invested 20k (and counting)for all the materials that I need until I lost track of how much I already spent. Magugulat nalang ako..wala na akong savings. As for the income, same scenario, I spend it however I want kasi "pera at kita ko naman". Padagdag ng padagdag yung materyales pero kukunti ang sales. Kaya nakaka demotivate talaga.

Kaya last month, I decided to plan my finances wisely, di bibili hangga't walang income, it motivated me to keep posting, dapat makabenta kasi paubos na yung alloted budget para sa business, gawa ng bagong designs, gawin yung mga naka tenggang gamit. Naging disiplinado sa pag gastos at pag add to cart ng mga raw mats, laging may tanong na "kelangan mo ba yan? Kelangang kelangan mo ba talaga?" bago mag check out, kahit pa 3.3 or 4.4 sale, pag di kelangan, di dapat bilhin. I noted all my expenses and sales for the whole month.

I realized that we should be financially literate when handling a business, minsan kasi puro excitement lalo pag may capital, wag puro gastos, wag magpadala sa mga lazada at shopee sale. Gumastos nang na aayon sa pangangailan. Para maiwasang mamatay yung business na sinimulan.

Samahan din ng prayers syempre, para mas i-bless yung mga business natin 🥰 Pasasaan ba at magiging successful din tayo 🥰🥰
