Akala ko tapos na. 😭

Na-send ko na yung weekly report. Kumpleto na, maayos na, naka-Excel pa.

Tapos nag-reply si client.

"Can we make this into a CEO Dashboard?"

Nag-stop talaga ako ng mga limang segundo. Hindi para mag-isip ng isasagot... para i-process kung ano ba talaga ang CEO Dashboard. HAHAHA.

Syempre, nag-reply ako ng, "Yes, of course!"

Pagka-send ko...

"Momshi... ano'ng pinasok mo?" 😭

Ganito yata talaga ako mag-upskill. Hindi dahil shunga ako. Hindi rin dahil expert na ako. Mahilig lang talaga akong mag-yes sa mga bagay na hindi ko pa alam... tapos saka ko na lang aaralin.

Google. YouTube. Claude. ChatGPT. Trial and error. Kape. Repeat.

Minsan naiisip ko rin, ang kapal ng mukha ko. Pero siguro kung hindi rin ako ganito ka-curious, hindi rin ako matututo ng mga bagay na alam ko na ngayon.

Feeling ko nga karamihan ng skills ko nagsimula lang sa, "Sige, kaya ko 'yan." Kahit ang totoo, wala pa akong idea kung paano. 😭

Pero after ilang araw ng research at trial and error, nagugulat na lang ako... nagagawa ko na pala.

Mukhang ganito na talaga ang routine.

Accept muna. Panic nang konti. Tapos figure it out. 😭😂

May talent talaga akong pahirapan ang sarili ko. 😭

Kasi kapag may nakita akong bagong skill, imbes na umiwas… sasabihin ko pa ng, “Sige nga, try natin.”

Ayun. Automation ang latest na pinasok ko.

Sa umpisa, puro “Ano ba ’to?” “Bakit ayaw gumana?” “Ayoko na.” Tapos after five minutes… continue ulit. HAHAHA.

Ganun yata talaga kapag gusto mong mag-grow. Hindi naman kailangan alam mo agad lahat. Ang importante, willing kang matuto kahit paulit-ulit kang nalilito.

Looking back, ang dami ko nang bagay na dati akala ko hindi ko kaya. Ngayon, part na sila ng skill set ko. Dagdag na naman ulit ngayon.

Sobrang grateful ako sa lahat ng opportunities na dumadating. Nakakapagod minsan, pero ang saya rin makita na may progress pala kahit hindi mo napapansin.

Reklamador lang, hindi quitter. 🤝

Just finished 𝟮 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸.

A few months ago, I was in a season of learning and building,
watching others book calls, close clients, and share their wins,
while I focused on improving my process, refining my skills, and trusting the timing.

This week? Two real conversations.
Not perfect. Not guaranteed.
But real progress.

I’m not posting this to boast or show off.
I’m posting it because small wins deserve to be acknowledged, especially when nobody sees the late nights, the revisions, the learning curve, the quiet hustle.

Still waiting on replies. Still pitching. Still figuring things out.
And still grateful, because every call means someone trusted me enough to listen.
