Most of the problems I used to stress about weren’t actually the real problem.
Mali lang ang diagnosis ko.
Whenever something felt off in the business, I moved fast.
Sales slow? Push harder.
Team underperforming? Add pressure.
Margins tight? Cut costs agad.
It felt decisive. Responsible. Parang, “At least may ginagawa.”
But after repeating the same cycles, I noticed something uncomfortable.
Bumabalik yung problema.
Different form. Same root.
That’s when it hit me —
Hindi pala sales ang issue. Positioning.
Hindi pala performance ang issue. Clarity.
Hindi pala attitude ang issue. Structure.
And sometimes…
Hindi business ang problem.
Perspective ko.
We’re wired to fix quickly.
Kilos agad. Action agad.
Because movement feels productive.
Pero clarity? Mas mabagal.
You have to pause. Remove emotion. Ask the harder question:
“Ano ba talaga ang sira?”
Not what’s loud.
Not what’s urgent.
But what’s structurally wrong.
I’ve learned that once you define the real issue clearly, everything changes.
Decisions get simpler.
Energy gets focused.
Waste gets reduced.
These days, when something feels like a crisis, I pause longer.
Kasi madalas, hindi siya crisis.
Misdiagnosis lang.
Before you try to fix what’s in front of you…
Have you taken the time to understand what’s actually broken?
