𝗥𝗚𝗖𝗘 is a professional civil engineer practicing structural engineering here in the Philippines and abroad. He passed the Professional Licensure Examination for Civil Engineers administered by the Professional Regulation Commission. He landed fifth (5th) with a general weighted rating of 97.20% and perfect scores in two (2) out of three (3) integrated engineering subjects.
𝗥𝗚𝗖𝗘 has over fifteen (
15) years of extensive engineering experience specializing in Structural Engineering, particularly in the design, design management and supervision, and technical review of large-scale and complex building structures local and overseas, from medium-rise office buildings to high-rise mixed-use occupancies, convention center, underground structures such as railway stations, car parks, and utility tunnels. A detail-oriented project and design manager with a broad range of responsibilities in delivering key socio-economic and ecological government projects such as road and bridge construction, flood controls, drainage systems, evacuation centers, school buildings, health centers, and solid-waste management facilities in more than four (4) years and counting.
𝗥𝗚𝗖𝗘 has gained 15 years of professional design and technical review experience in the Philippines, United Arab Emirates, State of Qatar, Bahrain, Singapore, Hong Kong, Cambodia, and India. He worked for Arcadis (Formerly Hyder Consulting) in both Makati and Doha offices where he took lead roles in delivering design packages of large-scale and complex projects. His recent two significant projects, the Doha Metro and Qatar Mega Reservoir, won the Chartered Institute of Highways and Transportation International Awards 2020 which recognizes outstanding innovations from outside the UK and Ireland and was recognized by the Guinness World Records as the largest drinking water storage tank with 436,633.45 m³ (115,346,354 US Gallons) capacity, respectively.
𝗥𝗚𝗖𝗘 has an outstanding ability to communicate with peers, clients, other project consultants, contractors, and government counterparts that establish strong and good relationships. He can innovate practical solutions to complex problems and strategize efficient project delivery that resulted in a cost-effective and quality design.
𝗥𝗚𝗖𝗘 is excellent in using sophisticated structural design tools such as ETABS, SAFE, Prokon, STAAD, RAPT, and AutoCAD. He developed numerous personalized design spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel with profound knowledge of various international codes and standards such as American Concrete Institute (ACI), Uniform Building Code (UBC), International Building Code (IBC), American Society of Civil Engineers Standards (ASCE), British Standards (BS), Eurocodes (EC), Indian Codes, National Structural Code of the Philippines (NSCP), and Construction Industry Research and Information Association (CIRIA) publications.
𝗥𝗚𝗖𝗘 is a 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁 of the Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers, Inc. (PICE), a 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗠𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 of the Association of Structural Engineers of the Philippines (ASEP), an 𝗔𝗦𝗘𝗔𝗡 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿, an 𝗔𝗦𝗘𝗔𝗡 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿, and a chartered member of the 𝗔𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗹 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝘀 (ASCE).
