𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐬𝐮𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐧 𝐀𝐮𝐠𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝟏𝟗, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔

Following the announcement of the Malacañang Palace upon the recommendation of the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC), all onsite classes are suspended. Please be guided by the following advisory on class and work modalities:

• 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲
-Classes are suspended. (EOMS-OVPA-POL-001: Guidelines for the Conduct of Blended Learning)
-Enrollment schedule will resume on the following day.

• 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
-Institutional Start of the Year Convocation will shift to online mode.
-Mass of the Holy Spirit will be rescheduled.
-Schedule for Vehicle Sticker Application will proceed.
-Congressibo event will be rescheduled.
-CSC Forum: “Bakit Mahalaga ang Pag Aaral sa Cavite?” will be rescheduled.
-LLC events for Buwan ng Wika: LLS 5 Intayon! Ilocano and LLS 5 Filipino 101 will be rescheduled to Sept. 2.

• 𝗕𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗰 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
BED classes will shift to Asynchronous Modality.

• 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸
Only essential personnel from BPD, BFMO, GSO, CSSHO (safety officer) and AAMO (dormitory and warehouse) are required to report to work.
