1. Init mula sa Pagtunaw

- Kapag ang pagkain ay mataas sa protein at taba, nagpo-produce ito ng init sa loob ng katawan habang tinutunaw.

- Dahil mainit na ang panahon, nadadagdagan pa ang init sa katawan nila kaya hindi na nila kaya.

2. Mas Mahirap Pabaguhin ang Temperatura

- Ang manok ay hindi pinapawisan. Ang paraan nila para lumamig ay ang paghinga nang mabilis.

- Kapag mataas ang energy ng feeds, mas nahihirapan silang palamigin ang sarili nila kaya madali silang ma-overheat at mamatay.



✅ Solusyon:

- Palitan ang Feeds: Kapag tag-init o summer, gumamit ng feeds na hindi sobrang taas ng protein o energy.

- Electrolytes: Bigyan agad ng electrolytes ang tubig para mabawasan ang stress at maibalik ang tubig sa katawan.
​
- Maayong Bentilasyon: Siguraduhing may maayos na hangin sa loob ng kulungan.

Kaya tama po, ang high density feeds ay mas okay gamitin kapag malamig ang panahon. Kapag mainit, delikado po ito. 😓🔥🐔

👉 Ang ideal temperature para sa layer hens kay 18°C hanggang 24°C (64°F - 75°F).

Pero maayo ra sila maka-adjust sa range nga 10°C hanggang 30°C.

Importanteng mga detalye:

- Kung init kaayo (Labaw sa 30°C):

- Maminusan ang ilang pagkaon.
​
- Maminusan ang production sa itlog ug nipis ang shell.
​
- Delikado ang heat stroke.
​
- Solusyon: Siguraduhing maayo ang ventilation, dagdagan ang tubig, ug i-spray og tubig ang paligid kung init kaayo.
​
- Kung bugnaw kaayo (Ubos sa 10°C):
​
- Modaghan ang ilang pagkaon kay kinahanglan og energy para magpainit.
​
- Posible nga mohinay ang pagpangitlog.

✅ Tip: Ang importante kay ang ventilation (hangin) ug air quality. Dapat dili maamag ang amoy sa ilang hen house para dili sila magsige og sneezing o magka respiratory disease.

👉 PROLAPSE Prevention Tips:

- Feed a balanced diet with enough calcium and nutrients.

- Wait until hens reach the right age and weight before they start laying.
​
- Keep the coop clean, well-ventilated, and not overcrowded.
​
- Avoid bright light in the coop at night.
​
- Monitor egg size and laying frequency – reduce stress during peak production.

If you notice any signs, act fast! Early treatment gives the hen the best chance of recovery.

📦 HOW TO TRANSPORT FERTILE EGGS:

1. THEY USE FLAT TRAYS OR SPECIAL SETTERS

- They place the eggs directly into plastic or fiber flats/trays.
​
- The eggs stand upright or on their side with proper spacing.
​
- NO wrapping is done on individual eggs. The tray holds them securely.

2. THEY USE STURDY CARTONS OR CRATES

- They stack the trays inside strong cardboard boxes or plastic crates.
​
- They put dividers between layers so the eggs below are not crushed by the weight on top.

3. THEY ENSURE AIR CIRCULATION

- The boxes usually have small holes or gaps.
​
- They do NOT seal the box completely airtight. The embryos must breathe!

4. THEY CONTROL THE TEMPERATURE 🚛🌡️

- This is the most important part.
​
- They use INSULATED VEHICLES or BOXES.
​
- They maintain the temperature between 15°C to 18°C (59°F - 65°F).
​
- This puts the embryo into a "sleep mode" or dormant state so it stops developing temporarily during travel, preventing it from getting too old before incubation.

5. THEY HANDLE WITH EXTREME CARE

- They avoid sudden shaking, dropping, or tilting the eggs too much.
​
- Rough movement can damage the membrane or twist the blood vessels inside.



❌ WHAT THEY AVOID:

- NO PLASTIC BAGS covering the eggs.
​
- NO BUBBLE WRAP directly on the shell.
​
- NO SEALED CONTAINERS without air.



Summary:
Commercial producers rely on PROPER TRAYS, GOOD CUSHIONING, and TEMPERATURE CONTROL for safety, NOT plastic wrapping.

Plastic is only used if they need to protect the outside of the box from rain, but never to wrap the eggs themselves! 🥚✅
