Revolutionizing Skills in Learning and Development of Employees
Learning matters to Companies with strong learning cultures and innovative. Better yet, when they build it's own academy. Yet to many, businesses struggle with employees who feel like they aren’t reaching their full potential at work due to a lack of development opportunities. And due to high cost of L& D, the real challenge is how to do it effectively because at times the best ideas emerge as a kind of "by accident".
Our L & D specialists must help our employers build stronger business and employees to create stronger future, That is why we allow L & Ds staff to presently use simulations to train, educate and upskill our employees. After all, we believe that learning leads to growth, growth gives choices, and choices begets freedom.
Too many of us is inspired our company to use virtual reality because we think that people has no problem-solving skills, no critical thinking, no interpersonal skills, no resilience which are supposedly taught in their everyday lives. In reality, these become our reasons that they are rejected for employment, are they?
Our L & D staff must learn new training skills (employability)to effect reality training by providing pillars to every job seeker. These pillars are:
financial literacy, sustainability, mental health and wellbeing, diversity, equity and inclusion, and the fifth one is conflict management.
Talking about providing training for employees to be better humans, the basic skills of providing employees these pillars are important for Trainors. It doesn't matter whether it's a quick service restaurant, construction site, or whatever industry one belongs.
The next concern is how we can quantify the tangible impact. To be able to quantify learning, consider using number of training hours against sustainable employment outcomes. That is, sustainable employment outcomes should be much higher if they’re being trained more effectively. For example: subject 50 to 100 workers in six hours of training, then expect a substantial amount of time can be saved plus the sustainable employment outcomes become much higher.
Our next concern is the impact which we are most be proud of. We resolve first their low confidence askk indicated by looking down at the ground, avoiding eye contact. Our training intervention in this case is to put the headset in 20 minutes. Later, we can see their eyes are alive and they have a smile on their face. We've seen some of these incredible results from these individuals, right?
This revolutionalization is working in any industry at the same time this unemployed people have been always wanted to work in. Why? We're able to give them qualifications and certifications in a fastest way than in a traditional setting. Come to think about it is that seeing how we're able to change people's lives is the most rewarding thing we as a company could do.
Next. What do we say to business leaders and managers who are resistant to training?
We should consider and show them how they could adopt it. This is so-called "seeing-is- believing-moment". The fact is that it’s easier to talk about the pragmatic advantages of being smarter, safer, faster and cheaper.
This is what we mean about the power of revolutionized training versus traditional learning. The immersive experience alone is more powerful in unleashing the potential of the individual. We really can make the seemingly impossible possible.
So, naka buy-in ba tayo dito?
