The Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Board - Region VII invites you to a series of 𝗣𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗺𝘂𝗺 𝘄𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗱𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗲𝗿𝘀.

Everybody needs some kind of compass to navigate the liminal space. 🤍
Who is it for you?

Rather than prioritize efficiency and sprint to the finish line, sometimes we need to be courageous enough to sit in the liminal space between conception and completion—a space I like to call “the messy middle.”

This is the space in the midst of a project where you don’t have all the answers or you can’t quite see where you’re going.

In these moments, it’s especially important for leaders to understand how to rely on a compass, not a map.

There is no map that will guide us from point A to point B—rather, we can rely on a compass built on our shared purpose and values as we navigate uncertainty, change, and collaboration.

Strategic HR is more than policies, recruitment, or compliance.

It is the balance point between the organization’s goals and the well-being of its people.

A strategic HR professional doesn’t simply side with the employer or the employee. Instead, they weigh every decision with fairness, ethics, and long-term impact in mind—much like a weighing scale that seeks equilibrium rather than favor.

Every policy, conversation, and difficult decision should be guided by questions like:

* Is this fair?
* Is it ethical?
* Does it support both business success and human dignity?

The strongest organizations are built when business objectives and employee well-being are not seen as opposing forces, but as complementary priorities.

Being strategic in HR means having the courage to make balanced decisions, advocate for what is right, and create a workplace where accountability, trust, and respect coexist.

Strategic HR isn’t about choosing sides. It’s about creating balance where both people and the business can thrive.
