For Wellness Journey 💟

The better way to gain financial freedom plus that will provide wellness for you and everyone around you is to build your Asset column.

What is an Asset? It is a valuable resource owned or controlled by an individual or entity that can contribute to wealth creation.

If you just begin your journey, whether you are a graduate or did not finish school, it doesn't matter. Start doing what you love and what keeps your energy boosted, like doing the things where you don't worry how time flies. Sometimes you forget the day because you enjoy it.

You can apply for a job or start a small business or any freelance work. It will depend upon your choice of which road you will go. The main thing is that your mindset makes it flow like doing things not because of money but first look to it within, learn new skills or develop what you have while working or doing something that you love. The concept is to work for free or work to learn. That is the first asset that you build, human capital, which is the lessons or skills that you have acquired. Then money will follow.

As you build up your skills, your value will increase and your income will increase as well, either you are working in a company or building your business. This is just the beginning.

Once you have a big income and you can afford to buy a house and lot of your own, now you are in the journey of Real Estate, where you can make this as your asset when you turn it into a rental business. Then save some money from your rental income; then it will become your personal saving asset. Then as you build up your income from your asset, that's the time when you will be on your way to financial freedom.

Just avoid liabilities as you can, like loans and credit cards, and solve the things that you owe straight away, if possible. Don't focus on liabilities.
