Kini nga akto nagtanyag og kahupayan alang sa wala mabayri nga Bulohisan sa yuta, building ug makinarya (real property taxes) nga natala sa wala pa ang Hulyo 5, 2024 pinaagi sa pagwagtang sa mga interest tungod sa wala mabayri nga buhis sa RPT. Gikinahanglan usab nga mabayran sa hingpit sa wala pa ang Hulyo 5,2026.

Attention to all property owners!

Following the adoption of Republic Act No. 12001 or Real Property Valuation and Assessment Reform Act through City Ordinance No. 611 series of 2024, City of Mati real property owners can now avail of the 3-in-1 Tax Amnesty Program.

All interests and penalties against real property tax delinquents are waived or condoned. At the same time, taxpayers may take advantage of the 100% condonation of interest and surcharge for real property transfer taxes relative to the Estate Tax Amnesty Program of the BIR pursuant to Republic Act No. 11956, as amended.
