Job description
List of Key Responsibilities:
Compensation & Benefits
• Responsible for the administration and implementation of all government and company-initiated benefits.
• Submission of R1A, ER2 for newly hired employees
• Registers new employees with SSS, Pag-ibig, Philhealth and ensures timely posting of Employee and Employer’s contributions.
• Ensure timely and accurate remittance of government remittances made on a monthly basis.
• Assists in the filing and processing of government-related employee benefits for SSS, Philhealth, HDMF, TIN, etc
• Tracking and recording of SSS benefits availment and entitlement for SSS reimbursement
• Online Registration and verification of Pag-ibig, SSS, and TIN number of newly hired employees.
• Submission, process and monitoring of SSS loan, SSS Sickness, SSS Reimbursement, Maternity Notification, Pag-ibig Loan, merging and Transfer of Records and Philhealth Claim form 1)
Recruitment & Training
• Conducts screening and interview for the pre-qualified applicants
• Handles the 201 files of the employees either direct or project-based
• Responsible in contract updating of the employees and makes contract for the newly hired employees
• Responsible in issuance of certificates, documents, and other related documents needed by the employees. Conducting appraisals
• Designing and expanding training and development programs based on the needs of the organization and the individual.
General:
• Supporting in securing company permits (e.g., CEC, FSIC, CAI, Sanitary)
• Submission of CDC Reports every month
• Submission of Quarterly Reports to DENR
• Works hand in hand with the members of the Top Management.
• Update necessary implemented rules and regulations of the company handbook)
• Coordinate with HR Officer for some Labor Relation Matters and Issuance of Disciplinary Action\
• Reliever or back up person in the absence of HR Officer
