๐Ÿ‘‰ huwag mo munang i-assume na secured na ang ownership. May paraan para maayos itoโ€”pero kailangan sundin ang tamang proseso.
โœ… ANO ANG DAPAT GAWIN
1. I-verify ang Mother Title
Kumuha ng Certified True Copy sa Registry of Deeds
Siguraduhin na:
Malinis ang titulo (walang encumbrance)
Tama ang pangalan ng seller
Hindi doble bentahan
2. Magpa-survey sa Licensed Geodetic Engineer
Ipa-identify ang eksaktong location at sukat ng portion mo
Gumawa ng Subdivision Plan (kahit initial pa lang)

3. I-process ang Subdivision Approval
I-submit ang plan sa:
