Sa aming mga customers, kami po ay sarado ngayon araw para sa Total Rehabilitation at Media Replacements. Ito po ay para mapanitili ang malinis na tubig na ating iniinom. Pasensya na po kung biglaan. Ito po sana ay naka schedule sa araw ng Linggo pero hindi po available ang contractor/technician sa araw na iyon. Tomorrow po ay bukas na ulet kami. Salamat sa pang unawa.

Kami po ay humihingi ng paumanhin . May nasira pong motor ang NAWASA (ang aming source nh tubig) na naging dahilan ng pagkawala ng tubig magmula pa kahapon..sa kasalukuyan ay ginagawan na ng paraan ng Nawasa para sila ay makasupply ng tubig. Pang unawa po ang aming hiling. Ito po ay beyond our control.

Magandang araw. Sa kadahilanang mataas ang ating lugar ay wala po talagang tumutulong tubig. Ayon po sa kinauukulan ng Cuenca Rural Waterworks ay sa martes pa daw po dadating ang kanilang motor. Kaya ang Golden Aqua ay di pa po makakapag deliver sa inyo ng tubig inumin. Ang natira namin stock sa tangke ay naideliver na kahapon sa iilang residente. Pang unawa po ang aming hiling.
